Refund policy

At Precision DTF Prints, we are committed to providing high-quality Direct-to-Film transfers and custom products. Because each order is produced specifically for you, please review our return and refund guidelines below.


Custom Products

  • All DTF transfers and custom-printed products are made-to-order.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom items unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.


Order Issues & Defects

If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will gladly remake or refund the affected items:

  • Misprint or incorrect design placement.

  • Wrong item sent.

  • Damaged or defective product.

Steps to Report an Issue:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [insert email/contact form link].

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defective item.

  3. Once verified, we will either:

    • Reprint and ship a replacement at no additional cost, or

    • Issue a refund to your original payment method.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or partially used DTF transfers.

  • Items damaged due to improper application or user error.

  • Any custom product ordered correctly without defects.


Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Once production has started, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.


Shipping Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.).

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.


Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Timing may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
