At Precision DTF Prints, we are committed to providing high-quality Direct-to-Film transfers and custom products. Because each order is produced specifically for you, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
Custom Products

All DTF transfers and custom-printed products are made-to-order.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom items unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Order Issues & Defects
If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will gladly remake or refund the affected items:

Misprint or incorrect design placement.

Wrong item sent.
-
Damaged or defective product.
Steps to Report an Issue:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [insert email/contact form link].

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defective item.

Once verified, we will either:

Reprint and ship a replacement at no additional cost, or
-
Issue a refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
-
Used or partially used DTF transfers.
-
Items damaged due to improper application or user error.
-
Any custom product ordered correctly without defects.
Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Once production has started, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.).

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Timing may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
